Victoria deals mainly with Residential Property work acting for private clients. She also acts for companies and for individuals purchasing special purpose vehicle companies owning property. She is experienced in both leasehold and freehold transactions, including high-value transactions, both in and outside London. Victoria also deals with transfers of equity, tenancy agreements and lease extensions.
Victoria is also a member of the firm’s Private Client team. She is experienced in preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney and other Court of Protection applications, and she undertakes probate work for estates of all sizes.
Victoria also deals with Immigration work and has experience of assisting clients with all kinds of visa applications for the UK as well as applications for indefinite leave and British Citizenship.
Victoria was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2009 after completing her training contract with the firm.
