Adrian acts for employers and employees in connection with all aspects of employment law. His work for employers includes preparing contractual documentation; managing disciplinary and grievance issues; advising on redundancy and termination of employment; and defending Tribunal proceedings. His work for employees includes negotiation of termination entitlements and compromise agreements; managing disciplinary and grievance issues; identifying statutory and other breaches by employers; and pursuing claims in the Employment Tribunals and the courts.
Adrian has a background in commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and has acted for corporations (both UK based and international), professionals, local government bodies and celebrities in connection with a variety of matters. He continues to maintain a varied caseload of contentious work.
Having originally trained as a barrister, Adrian was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2003.
