Derek
is a Consultant in the litigation group and
also heads the firm’s family practice
undertaking all aspects of Divorce work.
His extensive experience
of general litigation and dispute resolution
brings him into contact with a wide range
of clients of the firm, especially when
a particular dispute has more than one
area of law applicable to it or where
there are cross border implications.
In Insolvency matters
he acts for officeholders, creditors,
bankrupts and their spouses.
Throughout his career
he has been actively engaged as an advocate.
Derek was admitted as
a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England
and Wales in 1988.
