Geoff, apart from dealing in general company commercial matters, has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment and shareholders agreements, distribution and agency agreements, corporate insolvency and turnarounds, asset finance and security.
He has also been involved in sophisticated computer and IT matters as well as Pan European projects.
