Jonathan
has several years of experience in commercial
litigation and dispute resolution. He
is the head of the firm’s Insolvency
and Corporate Recovery team and has particular
expertise in complex insolvency and corporate
recovery matters. Jonathan also developed
an expertise in contentious construction
and has combined this with his insolvency
expertise advising on numerous insolvencies
in the construction industry.
Jonathan advises several leading insolvency
practitioners in relation to contentious
and non-contentious matters. He also advises
banks and other financial institutions
on insolvency related matters and represents
a range of commercial and private clients
in the resolution of their contractual
and business problems. He also acts for
interim Receivers and Receivers appointed
by the High Court upon applications made
by HM Customs & Excise and the Crown
Prosecution Service under DTA 1994 and
CJA 1988.
Jonathan was admitted as a Solicitor
of the Supreme Court of England and Wales
in 1991.
