Gemma Hawthorne


Gemma is a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor. She advises Tenants and Landlords, including Intermediate Landlords, on a range of leasehold property issues. She has experience in dealing with leasehold flats, houses and mixed-use developments and specialises in the following:

Gemma read Law at the University of Kent in Canterbury and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.

Gemma trained at a firm in her home town of Ashford, Kent and has worked in Kent and London since qualifying. She works from both our London and Canterbury offices. Gemma prides herself on the commercial context she provides for her clients in each transaction.
