David is a real estate consultant, and has over 30 years experience in the London and the UK real estate market. David was a partner in the real estate department at Field Fisher Waterhouse and at Manches LLP before joining us.

David specialises in property finance, investment and development work and insolvency law.

He acts for a number of private and institutional investors both offshore and onshore, and several major banks and airlines.

He is experienced in all aspects of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and management issues.

David has extensive experience of property insolvency law acting for a number of LPA receivers liquidators and banks managing and realising distressed property assets.
