Max is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Commercial Dispute Resolution team and the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team, and has developed an expertise in contentious Insolvency and Corporate Recovery work.
Max is involved in a number of cases, ranging from complex commercial disputes to property litigation and insolvency-based litigation. He acts for commercial clients, insolvency practitioners, professionals and private clients alike and several of his cases have been reported.
Max was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2005 after completing his Training Contract with the firm.
