Meta is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Corporate Recovery teams.

Meta primarily deals with personal insolvency cases and has experience in complex disputes involving beneficial interests in properties and all types of antecedent transaction.  She also has substantial experience in dealing with all types of contentious insolvency matters and acts for a number of insolvency practitioners.

Meta has substantial experience in advising Factors in respect of disputes arising under their agreements, secondary security actions and general debt actions. She has also been involved in advising Factors in respect of insolvent clients.

Meta previously spent a number of years working for insolvency practitioners, where she gained valuable first hand experience of the profession.

Meta is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and qualified in 1992.
