Michael
Gardner is a Consultant Solicitor with
many years of experience in his practice
areas after a long career with a large
Regional/City firm.
Michael’s practise areas extend
to all aspects of commercial and personal
litigation including intellectual property;
defamation; employment; insolvency; family
law; and construction. He regularly handles
international disputes and is a keen proponent
of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
including mediation and arbitration. He
also advises other lawyers and has been
invited by the Law Society to be on one
of their specialist panels.
Michael’s clients include some
leading institutions as well as major
companies, and prominent private clients.
He is an experienced advocate and also
a speaker on various legal topics.
