Nick
deals with all aspects of corporate and
personal insolvency work, with a particular
emphasis on advising on both contentious
and non-contentious insolvency matters
for insolvency practitioners. Nick also
advises directors of companies facing
financial difficulties, secured and unsecured
creditors of such companies and individuals
in financial difficulties.
He also has a broad experience
in commercial litigation matters ranging
from simple debt recovery to complex multi
million pound litigation conducted in
several jurisdictions simultaneously.
Nick was admitted as
a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2001.
