Paul is a member of the Employment team, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. He advises employers and employees in connection with employment related claims in the Employment Tribunal and the Courts, including unfair dismissal, unlawful discrimination and contractual disputes. He routinely drafts and negotiates compromise agreements and deals with general employment matters, giving practical advice to employers and employees regarding statutory procedures, maternity entitlements and redundancy. Paul has a particular interest in contractual employment issues such as post termination restrictions, confidentiality and the protection of business interests.

Paul is also a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, and deals with a wide range of general commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, property litigation and professional negligence.

Paul was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007 having completed his training contract with the firm.
