commercial property department
He has extensive expertise
in all sectors of commercial property
including acquisitions, funding, development
and disposal, property management and
secured lending.
He has acted for a wide
range of clients, including institutional
investors, London clearing banks, restaurant
and pub chains, developers and public
and private companies.
Simon was admitted as
a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England
and Wales in 1986.
